My identification of Louisa Dent's family is based on the following:
-- Louisa Dent (Hasty) Watson may or may not be the mother of some of the children. I sure would like to get these sorted out properly. The 1840 census should be of great help with that. Louisa's husband Hasty died in summer of 1838 and she married in first half of 1839 so any child over 2 named Watson would definitely not be hers.....right? I will appreciate any light you can shed on these people. Louisa is sister to my Nancy Dent Beall. Nancy is mother of the two Beall boys who married Jason Watson's daughters and lived in the Tarrant Co. area. First Cousin marriages are extremely common in these families - Dent/Beall.
