Declaration of 'Widow's Pension' shows that on August 21st, 1895, Nora
Hardeman, age 41 of Burtonville, Ky. appeared before county clerk to declare
she is widow of William Hardeman. That they were married on June 16, 1891
by Squire Beasley at Aberdeen, Ohio. That she was married to Charles Staten,
her married name being Nora Mosely, but her husband had a living wife at that
time, hence not legally married.
